Trunk or Treat

  • New Roots Urban Farm 1832 Hogan Street St. Louis, MO, 63106 United States (map)

Dear Neighbors,

Halloween is coming to St. Louis Place!

The St. Louis Place Community Association is excited to host our Trunk or Treat on October 30th at Promise Park, 19th & Madison, and we want to make it an evening filled with fun, creativity, and plenty of Halloween spirit for our neighborhood.

We’re inviting children, families, neighbors to come out, dress up, decorate a car, and enjoy an evening together!

Show Us Your Halloween Spirit!

Costume Contest
Put on your best costume and join the fun! We will have cash prizes for:

Best Female Costume
Best Male Costume

Best Decorated Car Contest
Have some fun with your trunk or car! Whether it's spooky, silly, creative, or completely over the top, we want to see it!

Be Part of Making It Happen!

The Events Committee is preparing for a fun evening, but we need our neighbors to join us in making it happen.

A successful Trunk or Treat takes neighbors working together. Volunteers will help with setup, activities, directing families, judging the contests, and keeping an eye on the event so that our children can enjoy the evening in a safe and welcoming environment.

You don't have to be a member of the Events Committee to participate. Whether you can help for the entire event or lend a hand for a portion of the evening, your time can make a real difference. Please see the attached flyer for Events Commitee Chair contact information.

Most importantly, we want our young people to see their neighborhood coming together for them. We also want our adults and families to have an opportunity to enjoy one another and have some Halloween fun.

So grab a costume, decorate your car, bring your Halloween spirit — and consider giving a little of your time to help make the evening special.

Let's make October 30th a Halloween night to remember in St. Louis Place!
