Lavoughnda Danner is a dedicated and dynamic social impact advocate with an unwavering commitment to advancing racial equity and social justice for Black communities. Her diverse career spans nonprofit leadership, education, political and union organizing, and community and economic development. Lavoughnda currently serves as the Neighborhood Solidarity Partner at InvestSTL, where she helps build power and alignment among neighborhoods to drive equitable investment and transformation rooted in community leadership. She firmly believes in the transformative power of education and equitable access to resources and opportunities as essential tools for liberation and systemic change.
