ST. LOUIS — There's a new push to buy back vacant properties that haven't seen development in years in north St. Louis.
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority, which is staffed by the St. Louis Development Corporation, began the effort for dozens of properties in north city neighborhoods along Cass Avenue, Elliot Avenue, Laflin Avenue, Magazine Street, Sheridan Avenue, Howard Street, and other streets.
