New Community Land Trust

Chis Peoples of Great Rivers Greenway Community Development Corporation spoke with us about their new project of developing a community land trust that will be available for us to use as a tool to hold land for community benefit -- housing, green space, erc. A land trust helps a community keep land affordable longer term. Great Rivers Greenway CDC serves our neighborhood and two others with a goal of spreading economic benefits of the greenway to its neighborhoods.
